These terms apply to your use of n90.co, the website. If you're a customer of the NEXT90 Platform (the Insights & Data Engine), your use of the Platform is governed by the service agreement we sign with you separately. This page is just about the website.

- Use the site to send spam, malware, or anything illegal
You may quote, reference, or share content with attribution and a link back.
Our content
The text, images, code, and design on n90.co are owned by NEXT90, LLC or our licensors. The NEXT90 name and any associated marks are ours. You're welcome to use them when referring to us — just don't imply endorsement we haven't given.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
If you're a customer
If you use the NEXT90 Platform (the IDE) under a service agreement, that agreement governs your customer relationship with us — including data handling, SLAs, payment, and termination. This page does not. Contact your account team or legal@n90.co with questions.
